This quick breakfast riff manages to be seasonal, healthy and head and neck cancer friendly.

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 4 oz All-natural Apple cider
  • 12 oz Rice milk
  • 2 Apple slices, garnish (optional)
  • 1 dash Cinnamon (optional)
Fresh red apples in the basket

Instructions

Blend banana, apple cider and rice milk until combined. Almond milk, coconut milk or oat milk may be substituted for rice milk.

Garnish with optional apple slices and cinnamon.
