A coping wheel is a fun way to explore new tools for coping with challenges, situations or feelings. Fill in each section with a different strategy or tool.

A coping wheel is a fun way to explore new tools for coping with challenges, situations or feelings.  Fill in each section with a different strategy or tool. You can add ideas such as ride my bike, listen to music, try a mediation app, dance it out or blow bubbles. Try to consider different senses that challenge you to do something different.

After you fill in the sections cut out the circle. Glue to a paper plate then use a second paper plate and attach with a fastener in through the center of both plates.  

When feeling stressed spin the wheel and discover a new way to support your feelings.
