Common Treatments

There are a variety of different methods that doctors use to treat thyroid, head, and neck cancers. The standard treatment mechanisms, as well as the overall treatment plan, will depend on the type of cancer. In general, the most common treatment types include surgery, chemotherapy, radiation, and radioactive iodine therapy.
