Orange-Creamsicle Yogurt Bites: An Easy & Refreshing Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1-½ c Greek Vanilla Yogurt
  • 3 oz Orange Jell-O mix
  • Whipped cream, garnish (optional)
  • 1 Clementine orange, garnish (optional)
  • Fresh Mint, garnish (optional)

Preparation

In a medium microwave-safe mixing bowl, combine yogurt and Jell-O mix, stirring to combine. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring after each minute.

Clean and dry six 6 oz glasses or parfait dishes. Fill each glass with about 4 oz of yogurt/Jell-O mixture. Chill cups for all least 2 hours before serving. If preparing overnight, cover with plastic wrap to keep from dehydrating.

Garnish (optional)

Just prior to serving: peel a clementine and cleanly separate each segment. Separate one mint leaf per dessert.

Top each dessert with a tablespoon of whipped cream, one clementine segment and one mint leaf. Serve immediately.
