Ingredients
- 2 medium Avocados
- 1 Lime, juiced
- Zest from ½ Lime
- 1 small Red onion, finely chopped
- ½ clove Garlic, mashed
- 5 Tbsp fresh Cilantro, chopped
- ½ tsp Coriander seed, ground
- Pinch Cayenne pepper, ground (optional, or increase to ⅛ tsp if you like it spicy)
Serves about 4.
Instructions
Preparation
- In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados and lime juice. For creamy guacamole, mash for longer.
- Add chopped onion, cilantro and garlic. Stir in lime zest, ground coriander and cayenne pepper (optional).
- You can serve immediately. For best flavor, refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
- Serve with Unsalted Yellow Corn Tortilla Chips or on top of LID-friendly toasted bread, cut to points.
