With this recipe, we can commemorate all three. If you are undergoing treatment for thyroid cancer, it can be hard to find recipes that fit into your diet restrictions.
The no bake peanut butter oat square recipe is a great way to satisfy your sweet tooth while sticking with the thyroid cancer low iodine diet. These are easy to make, have only three ingredients and are sure to be a hit at any gathering or party. It’s also a good option if you’re watching your weight or just trying to eat healthy.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Unsalted peanut butter
- 1 cup Honey
- 3 cups Old-fashioned oats
- ½ cup Unsalted peanuts (optional)
Serves about 9.
Instructions
Preparation
Mix peanut butter and honey in a large bowl. Melt in the microwave for 15–20 seconds. Stir in oats until well blended.
Press mixture into a 9×9 baking pan. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight to set.
Cut into equal squares and serve.
Yields 9 squares, measuring about 3 x 3 inches. Cut into smaller squares for smaller portions.
